Massage Therapy (RMT)
Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including, muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage Therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day and occupational stresses, injuries, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
It is one of the oldest forms of healing dating back to over 4000 years, today massage is thought of as a holistic therapy that complements medical treatment.

Samantha is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College where she played Varsity Soccer and was awarded the Wendy-Hunter Memorial Scholarship two years in a row. Samantha is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and of the Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario (RMTAO).
Samantha also holds a Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Psychology & Kinesiology.
